摘 要 湖北工业职院建筑工程学院“鲁班文化节”已经举办了九届，活动内容包括专业技能竞赛、文体活动、思政教育活动和鲁班讲坛。活动深化“校企合作、工学结合”的办学模式，弘扬“吃苦耐劳、勇于实践、锲而不舍、敬业创新”为内涵的鲁班工匠精神，在“三全育人”思想指导下将鲁班文化熏陶与学生职业素养相结合，营造建筑专业特有的校园文化氛围。以后的活动中，多增加十堰本土优秀传统文化、红色革命文化和社会主义先进文化;加强大学生社会实践，发挥“鲁班文化节”第二课堂的育人功能;加强学风建设与思政教育统筹协同;强化“环境思政”育人功能。

Research on the Practice of Brand of "Luban Culture" from the Perspective of "All Staff， All Aspects and the Whole Process Education"

Abstract The "Luban Cultural Festival" of the School of Architecture  Engineering of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic has been held for nine times. The activities include professional skills competitions， cultural and sports activities， ideological and political education activities and Luban forums. The activity deepens the school-running model of "school-enterprise cooperation， work-study integration"， promotes the Luban craftsman spirit with the connotation of "bearing hardships and standing hard work， being brave in practice， persevering， and dedicated to innovation". Under the guidance of the ideology of "All staff， All aspects and The whole process education"， the Luban culture is combined with the professional qualities of students to create a unique campus cultural atmosphere for architecture majors.  In future activities， we will increase Shiyan's excellent local traditional culture， red revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture; strengthen the social practice of college students and give full play to the education function of the second classroom of the "Luban Cultural Festival"; strengthen the coordination of the construction of academic style and ideological and political education ; Strengthen the education function of "environmental ideological and political" .
