【摘  要】新课程改革要求在教学中要将学生作为教学的主体，而在高中阶段生物教学内容难度较大，需要学生理解记忆的内容较多，传统的讲授法难以满足学生全面发展的需求。疑问是学生思考的主要动力，有了对知识的疑问学生才会主动去思考问题，才能真正做到理解生物知识，准确掌握生物知识，以此提升生物教学质量。为了达到理想的教学效果，教师可以将问题教学法应用在高中生物教学中，充分活跃学生的思维。

【Abstract】The new curriculum reform requires students to be the main body of teaching in teaching. Biology teaching content in high school is more difficult and requires students to understand and memorize more content. Traditional teaching methods cannot meet the needs of students' overall development. Questions are the main motivation for students to think. Only when they have questions about knowledge can students take the initiative to think about the problem， and then can they truly understand biological knowledge and accurately master biological knowledge， thereby improving the quality of biology teaching. In order to achieve the ideal teaching effect， teachers can apply the problem-based teaching method in high school biology teaching to fully activate students' thinking.

借助问题教学法进行生物教学也是以学生为教学主体的有效教学方法，高中阶段的学生思维能力以及认知水平都有了显著的提升，那么在高中生物教学中采用问题教学法也就能够有效保证教学进度，教师需要思考的是怎样更好地激发学生思考的兴趣，因此，本文主要研究问题教学法应用在高中生物教学中的有效策略。

一、利用经典实验创设问题情境，培养学生自主思考的能力
