【摘  要】随着经济的高速发展，城乡结合的稳步推进，多数农村与城市的接轨使其基础设施越来越完善，越来越具有小城市的雏形，生活环境的改变使幼儿的心理也产生了大的变化，因此，传统的幼儿园班级管理已经难以满足当前幼儿发展的需求，同时素质教育也对学前教育提出了新的要求，幼儿园要承担主要的责任，在日常班级管理中去践行这些要求，让幼儿能够在良好的环境中养成良好的习惯与思想品质，为幼儿未来的发展提供帮助。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the economy and the steady advancement of urban-rural integration， most rural areas are connected to cities to make their infrastructure more and more perfect， and they have become more and more small cities. The changes in the living environment have caused great psychological problems for children. Therefore， traditional kindergarten class management has been unable to meet the current needs of childrens development. At the same time， quality education also puts forward new requirements for preschool education. Kindergartens need to assume the main responsibility and fulfill these requirements in daily class management. Children can develop good habits and ideological qualities in a good environment， and provide help for their future development.

幼儿园班级管理也是一门教育艺术，班级管理直接影响整个班级的风气，在幼儿园中也是如此，只有把班级管理工作做好，才能为幼儿创造良好的学习环境与成长环境，而要想做好班级管理工作是需要教师、家长、幼儿园共同发力，形成合力去推动幼儿成长，在幼儿班级管理中就要让幼儿能够适应集体，学会独立，但农村幼儿园班级管理中问题重重，为了解决此类问题，本文将主要研究农村幼儿园班级管理的核心内容

一、明确班级管理制度，培养幼儿规则意识

班级是按照班级授课制度的培养目标和教育规范组织起来，以共同学习和直接性人际交往为特征的社会心理共同体，简而言之，班级其实就是由幼儿组成的小型社会。每名幼儿都是班级的一部分，每名幼儿的行为都会对班级整体产生影响，学前教育阶段也是将幼儿按照年龄进行分班，跟中小学相比幼儿园每个班级的幼儿并不是很多，这就有利于幼儿教师进行班级管理。……
