摘  要：通过党史学习教育，进一步激发艺术类高校师生干事创业的热情，为学校各项事业健康发展提供坚强的政治、思想和组织保证。紧紧围绕学科建设、人才培养等中心工作，以立德树人为根本任务，围绕中心抓党建，凝心聚力促发展，以更高的思想自觉、更大的执行力度，更多元的方式方法，深入推动以党史学习教育为主要内容的高校党建工作向纵深发展，“规定动作”完成好，“自选动作”有特色，引导广大党员、干部、群众和青少年学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行。

Abstract： This study is to further stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the art colleges， and provide a strong political， ideological and organizational guarantee for the healthy development of colleges through the history learning of the Communist Party of China. We focuses on our central work， such as discipline development and personnel training， and takes cultivating moral integrity and educating people as our fundamental task. We focuses on Party construction and worked together to promote development. At the same time， we use higher ideological consciousness， greater executive strength， more diversified ways and methods to deeply promote the Party construction work in colleges and universities with the study and education of Party history as the main content to develop to the depth， so that the “prescribed action” is completed well， “voluntary action” has its own characteristics. And， we guide Party members， cadres， the masses and young people to understand the truth， increase the faith， advocate moral characters and be diligent in action through the learning of Party history learn history.

“学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局”，这是习近平总书记在党史学习教育动员大会上发出的号召。历史是最好的教科书，艺术类高校要全力学好党史这门必修课，提高政治站位，把新时期党的建设与立德树人结合起来，与学科发展结合起来，与服务社会进步起来。立足艺术类高校实际，以文化人，以艺育人，以歌动人，不断提高党建工作的“高度”“深度”“广度”和“效度”。激励广大师生知史爱党、知史爱国，使黨组织成为凝聚党员群众的“主心骨”，使党员干部成为各项工作开展的“领头雁”，使党建工作成为推动系部发展的“推进器”。

一、党史学习教育推动党建业务融合共进的重要意义

（一）加强党史学习教育，不断提升政治素养
