摘  要：随着我国加入国际工程教育认证体系，引发了全新的以工程专业认证为导向的各专业创新人才培养模式的研究和探索。文章针对以国际工程教育认证为导向的土木工程创新人才培养模式进行了相关研究，分析了当前土木工程创新人才培养的现状，指出目前存在的实际教学和人才培养实践中不符合国际工程教育认证基本理念的问题。针对所存在的问题，提出了有效解决方案和措施以契合国际工程教育认证的先进理念，并付诸于教学实践。最后论述总结了以工程专业认证为导向的土木工程创新人才培养模式，为我国土木工程创新人才培养模式提供参考。

Abstract： The new innovative talent training mode based on the engineering education certification has been introduced to be studied and explored with our country entering the international engineering education certification systems. Based on the orientation of the international engineering education certification， the innovative talent training mode for civil engineering major has been studied carefully. The status of the innovative talent training mode for civil engineering major has been analyzed. The existing problems in the practical teaching and talent training， which do not correspond with the ideas of the international engineering education certification， has been pointed out. Aiming at these problems， the effective sachems and measures have been proposed to meet with the ideas of the international engineering education certification， then thrown into the teaching practice. Finally， the innovative talent training mode based on the orientation of the international engineering education certification for civil engineering major has been concluded for the reference of the innovative talent training mode for civil engineering major of our country.

工程教育专业认证是一种与国际接轨的高等教育工程类专业的合格性评估手段，其核心理念是“成果导向、以学生为中心、持续改进”，旨在以学生为主体，不断改善教育质量，所培养出来的人才符合国际标准，实现工程教育的国际互认[1-2]。“成果导向、以学生为中心、持续改进”三大理念正在颠覆“以教师为中心”等传统的工程专业的教学理念。自我国2016年6月正式加入国际工程教育认证“华盛顿协议”体系以来，目前以工程专业认证为导向的专业课教学改革和相关创新人才培养模式的讨论在全国逐步开展，方兴未艾[3-7]。

对照工程教育认证的核心理念，在土木工程的教学和人才培养模式中长期以来存在依赖教师讲授、以教师为中心、以考试为导向、课程内容固化、课程创新动力不足等问题。……
