摘要：目的：本研究基于区块链技术研究电子病历对缓解成都市医患纠纷的潜在作用。方法：缓解医患纠纷问题可以从三方面着手，一是医院人才培养方式的变革，二是提高现有医疗技术，三是缓解医患信任问题。其中，采用区块链技术的电子病历是通过提高现有医疗技术来缓解医患纠纷的重要方法。结果：为缓解成都市医患纠纷难题，实现患者电子病历分布式存储、异地查询、互通共享、提高医疗服务透明性。结论：通过建立电子病历的区块链模型，可以确保电子病历的真实性、保障医疗服务水准，全面提升公共医疗的便捷化、智能化水平，为缓解医患纠纷提供新思路。

Abstract： Objective： Based on Blockchain technology， this study investigated the potential role of electronic medical records in alleviating doctor-patient disputes in Chengdu. Methods： To alleviate the problem of doctor-patient disputes， we can start from three aspects： first， the reform of the way of personnel training， second， to improve the existing medical technology， and third， to alleviate the problem of doctor-patient trust. Among them， electronic medical records using Blockchain technology is an important way to alleviate doctor-patient disputes by improving existing medical technologies. Results： In order to alleviate the problem of doctor-patient disputes in Chengdu， distributed storage of electronic medical records of patients， remote query， mutual sharing and improving the transparency of medical services were realized. Conclusion： The Blockchain model of electronic medical records can ensure the authenticity of electronic medical records， guarantee the level of medical services， comprehensively improve the convenience and intelligence level of public medical services， and provide new ideas for alleviating doctor-patient disputes.

电子病历（Electronic Medical Record，EMR）是随现代信息技术发展的产物，通过对医疗服务记录的数字化，能够对病历进行长期有效的记录。它的广泛使用将极大地促进医疗效率。“电子病历与云存储、移动应用结合后，可以全面提升公共医疗的便捷化、智能化、治疗精准化水平[1]。”在充分尊重患者选择权和知情权的同时，它可以有效地规范医疗人员的诊疗行为，并留下详细的行医记录.这减少模糊事实行为，促进医患互信，有利于防范和处理医疗纠纷。
