摘  要：临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养改革已进行了一段时间，改革的成效已逐渐显现出来，需要进一步深化医教协同，深入推进临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养制度的改革，从培养基地政策落实情况，导师队伍的建设，课程学习和临床能力考核方式改革后的成效进行考察。各培养单位要严格落实医教协同的要求，积极培养高层次医学技能型人才。为社会输入高层次医学技能型人才提供保障，同时为“5+3+X”临床医学专业学位博士研究生的培养打下基础。

Abstract： It has been a period of time since the reform of the cultivation of master degree students in clinical medicine， and the effect of the reform has gradually appeared. We need to further deepen the cooperation of medical education and promote the reform of the training system of master degree in clinical medicine， from the implementation of the base policy， the construction of tutor team， the effect of curriculum learning and clinical ability assessment after the reform to investigate. All training units should strictly implement the requirements of medical education cooperation and actively cultivate high-level medical skilled talents. At the same time， it lays a foundation for the cultivation of "5+3+X" clinical medicine doctoral students.

2013年教育部、國家发展改革委、财政部联合发布《关于深化研究生教育改革的意见》的指示要求加强发

展硕士专业学位研究生的培养，积极探索专科医师规范化培训经验，满足社会对高级医学人才的需求[1]。研究生的培养要根据学生的个人能力特点，因材施教以提升专业学位研究生的职业技能为培养目标。这是国家根据发展情况确定的高层次人才培养的改革意见，深入布局研究生毕业后的教育工作。

2017年国务院办公厅印发的《关于深化医教协同进一步推进医学教育改革与发展的意见》提出，加强硕士专业学位研究生的临床科研思维培养和临床常见疾病的处理能力[2]。各培养单位制定完善的教学基地标准和准入制度，增强临床技能培训。通过学校、医院和培养基地三方进行督导，加强学生的管理工作，抓好学生培养的质量要求。……
