摘  要：高校的法治教育肩负着对广大大学生开展法律基础知识教育，增强广大大学生树立社会主义法治概念和规范法律意识的责任和使命，是培养广大大学生的思想和法律道德品格的一个重要途径。然而长期以来，我国高校的法治教育仍然存在着一些教育理念、方法、教学手段滞后的现象，使其教学的实效性较弱，提升其教学的针对性和教学效率就变得尤为必要。新课程体系下我国正在探索高校法治课堂教育的教学手段与方法改革，应该重新确立教师和学生在其教学活动的整个过程中所扮演的角色，把教师的主导作用和学生在其中的主体地位有机结合起来。采用灵活多样并且能积极体现学生主体性的教学方法，使课堂教学生动有效，从而提高教学实效。文章对高校法治教育课堂教学的存在问题和解决方法作了一些探讨。

Abstract： The rule of law education in colleges and universities shoulders the responsibility and mission of educating college students on the basic knowledge of law， strengthening them to establish the concept of socialist rule of law and standardize their legal consciousness， which is an important way to cultivate their ideological and legal moral character. However， for a long time， there are still some educational concepts， methods and teaching methods lagging behind in the rule of law education in colleges and universities in China， which makes its teaching effectiveness weak， so it is particularly necessary to improve its teaching pertinence and teaching efficiency. Under the new curriculum system， China is exploring the reform of teaching means and methods of the rule of law classroom education in colleges and universities， which should reestablish the roles played by teachers and students in the whole process of their teaching activities， and organically combine the leading role of teachers with the dominant position of students. Adopting flexible and diverse teaching methods that can actively reflect students' subjectivity can make classroom teaching vivid and effective， thus improving teaching effectiveness. A discussion on the existing problems and solutions of classroom teaching of rule of law education in colleges and universitiesis made.

一、高校法治教育的重要性

國家一直高度重视法治教育和宣传工作在高校教育中的地位，全面落实法治教育在高校教学中的教育成果，以期法治教育在高校教育开花结果，加快法治教育的落实进度。因此，高校应积极推进法治教育工作，合理规划高校法治教育课程，将健全高校的法治宣传教育，培养高等法治专业人才，加快社会主义法治建设作为重要的教学任务。逐步完善大学生法治观念，提高个人法律素养，实施依法治国理念，落实依法治校思想，是促进社会主义法治建设快速发展的重要方式，在高校建设成熟的法律教育环境，可以有效传播法律知识和增强大学生的法律观念。……
