摘  要：新时代背景下，青年教师的师德师风建设亟待加强。该文首先分析了高校青年教师师德师风建设中存在的3个主要问题，然后从提高自身政治素养和思想意识、正确处理科研与教学之间的关系、树立“榜样”、引导青年教师学习以及学校建立有效的监管体系这4个方面阐述如何更好地加强青年教师的师德师风的建设，最后阐述了加强师德师风建设在激发教师的主动性和积极性、促进高校氛围和谐、高校培养学生工作的核心工作中的重要意义。

Strategies of Strengthening the Construction of Young Teachers' Morality and Style in the New Era

Abstract： Under the background of the new era， the construction of young teachers' morality and style needs to be strengthened. This paper first analyzes the three main problems existing in the construction of young teachers' morality and style in colleges and universities， and then from the aspects of improving their own political literacy and ideological awareness， correctly handling the relationship between scientific research and teaching， setting "examples" and guiding young teachers to learn， the establishment of an effective supervision system in colleges and universities illustrates how to better strengthen the construction of young teachers' morality and style from four aspects. Finally， it expounds the important significance of strengthening the construction of teachers' morality and style in stimulating teachers' initiative and enthusiasm， promoting the harmonious atmosphere in colleges and universities， and cultivating students in colleges and universities.

黨的十九大报告中明确了在新时代背景下如何发展教育事业、建设教育强国等的要求，同时也指明了新时代背景下师德师风建设的方向。《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》要求“着力提升思想政治素质，全面加强师德师风建设”。师德师风建设是全面立德树人得以实施的有利保障。良好的师德师风是青年教师们“站好”“站稳”讲台首先要遵循的规范。

1  高校青年教师师德师风存在的主要问题

1.1 初入岗位，意识不到位

作为初入职场的青年教师，对于角色的转换还没有清晰的认知。初入岗位，青年教师们往往面临各种各样的培训，如果对这些关于教学、师德师风建设、科研能力提升等相关领域的培训重视程度不足，会使得他们不能及时进入教师角色，进而会导致后续教学活动环节打折扣，影响学校人才的培养质量[1， 2]。……
