摘  要：民办高校作为高等教育的重要组成之一，承担着教书育人的重要作用，民办高校的教师党员是民办高校高等教育的重要组织者和实施者，是一线工作的重要群体，也是民办教育中最具有发展性的重要力量。该文从教师党员的满意度的调查问卷入手，分析教师党员激励机制的意义，将激励理论运用到民办高校教师党员管理;以马斯洛需要层次理论为依据，分析民办高校教师党员需求特点;运用SWOT分析法对民办高校教师党支部建设进行研究，构建基于民办高校教师党员需求和发展的激励机制，切实提高民办高校教师支部活力。

Research on How to Improve the Construction of Teachers' Branch in Private Colleges and Universities Based on

SWOT Analysis

Abstract： As one of the important components of higher education， private colleges and universities play an important role in teaching and educating people. Teachers and Party members in private colleges and universities are important organizers and implementers of higher education in private colleges and universities， important groups of front-line work， and the most important force with development in private education. This paper starts with the questionnaire of the satisfaction of teachers' Party members， analyzes the significance of the incentive mechanism of teachers' Party members， and applies the incentive theory to the management of teachers' Party members in private colleges; Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs， this paper analyzes the demand characteristics of teachers' Party members in private colleges and universities; This paper uses SWOT analysis method to study the construction of teachers' Party branch in private colleges and universities， and constructs an incentive mechanism based on the demand and development of teachers' Party members in private colleges and universities， so as to effectively improve the vitality of teachers' Party branch in private colleges and universities.

高校肩负着培养高素质、高水平的建设者和接班人的重要任务，《关于加强新形势下高校教师党支部建设的意见》中明确指出：“高校教师党支部是教师党员教育、管理、监督和服务的基层单位，是贯彻党的路线的战斗堡垒，方针政策深入高校基层，是党团结联系教师的桥梁，是办好中国特色社会主义大学的重要支撑。”民办高校也是高等教育的重要组成部分，因此，关注民办高校教师党员的需求特点，构建基于民办高校教师党员需要和发展的全方位激励机制，最大限度地调动教师党员的积极性，提升民办高校教师党员的主动性和创造性，具有十分重要的意义。
