摘  要：随着信息技术的不断发展，我们已经进入了互联网数字时代。在数字时代视野下，图书出版已经进步到了“纸电同步”的发展方向，图书市场同时也发生了巨大的转变。但是，因为诸多的妨碍因素，使图书出版出现了纸电分离的现象，严重影响了图书出版“纸电同步”发展趋势。该文对数字时代视野下图书出版中电子书利弊以及纸质书的利弊进行分析，对妨碍“纸电同步”的问题提出相应策略。

Analysis of "Paper and Electricity Synchronization" in Book Publishing from the Perspective of Digital Era

Abstract： With the continuous development of information technology， we have entered the Internet digital age.In the field of vision of the digital era， book publishing has progressed to the development direction of "paper and electricity synchronization"， and the book market has also undergone tremendous changes. However， due to many obstacles， the separation of paper and electricity appears in book publishing， which seriously affects the development trend of "paper and electricity synchronization". This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of e-books and paper books in book publishing in the digital era， and puts forward corresponding strategies for the problems that hinder the "paper and electricity synchronization".

当今社会已经被数字网络全面覆盖，可以涉及到我们生活中的各个角落，这也对传统出版业带来了不小的冲击和影响。传统阅读的纸质图书方式也逐渐被数字电子图书所替换，这引起了诸多业界对纸质图书的更多关注。近几年，国家新闻出版广电总局对“纸电同步”出版业的未来发展提出相应的指导方针，对这一“新兴出版”方式做出了指引发展方向。

1  “纸电同步”的基本概念

“纸电同步”的未来发展要求，需遵循科学管理、积极推进、明确导向、勇于推进等指引要求，以传统纸质图书出版作为基础，保留其优势，合理运用先进技术，迈入信息化数字时代，以此实现“纸电同步”的友好共融局面，并形成出版内容与传播途径有效完善的一体化管理机制。即纸质出版与数字出版可以共同存在的一种形态方式。
