摘  要：任何教学模式的改革与创新都是围绕增强学生学习兴趣和提高教师业务能力两大问题进行研究，也就是教与学的问题。警务实战相关课程对教师的能力水平要求极高，需要警务实战教师不断地学习，提高业务水平。教学质量的提高，更需要学生主动的学习意识，可是由于学生对警察职业的认知不足，造成学生逐渐失去学习兴趣，致使现在公安院校的警务实战课程教学效果不好。所以学生学习兴趣也就成为教学模式改革与创新的主要研究问题。

Reform and Innovation of Police Actual Combat Teaching Mode

Abstract： The reform and innovation of any teaching mode are centered on the two major issues of enhancing students' learning interest and improving teachers' professional ability， that is， teaching and learning. Police actual combat related courses have a high requirement for teachers' ability level， which requires constant learning of police actual combat teachers to improve their professional level. The improvement of teaching quality， but also students' active learning consciousness， but because of a shortage of student's perception of the profession， the students gradually lose interest in learning， which is now the public security colleges and universities the policing practice course teaching effect is not good， so students' learning interest and become the main research question teaching mode reform and innovation.

目前，我國在国际上的影响力不断增加，政治声望的不断提高及网络媒体的崛起，曝光度的增强，致使警察的执法行为始终在镜头下和人民群众的监督下进行，警察执法能力和水平及现场处置的行为，已经成为衡量我们国家文明、法制的重要标志，因此公安院校对于学生的培养更要提高标准。根据多年教学经验，该文对警务实战教学质量与教学模式的改革与创新进行了如下分析。

1  现阶段警务实战教学存在的问题

1.1 警务实战缺乏完整的教学体系

纵观警务实战教学的发展，我国警务实战教学目标跟随着政治形势的变迁而不断改变，在二十世纪八九十年代警务实战教学主要以军事实战教学为参照，教师大部分也以军队转业教官为主，致使军队练什么警察就练什么，也造成了警察执法军队化。……
