【摘  要】工会组织是党和政府联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带，是国家政权的重要社会支柱，也是职工利益的代表者与维护者。在新形势下，各级工会都要紧紧围绕党和国家的工作大局，以习近平总书记重要讲话精神为指引，要增强组织凝聚力，诚心诚意为广大职工群众服务，把新时代的工会工作作出新亮点、新成效。论文以文艺院团的工会为例，结合文化企业的发展现状，对如何做好文艺院团的工会工作作出论述，并提出建议和设想，展望其发展前景。

【Abstract】Trade union organization is the bridge and link between the Party and the government to contact the workers and the masses， is the important social pillar of the state power， and is also the representative and defender of the workers' interests. Under the new situation， trade unions at all levels should closely focus on the overall work of the Party and the state， take the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech as their guide， strengthen organizational cohesion， and serve the masses of workers and staff members in good faith， make new bright spots and new achievements in trade union work in the new era. This paper takes the trade union of the literary and art troupe as an example， combines the current situation of the development of cultural enterprises， discusses how to do well the trade union work of the literary and art troupe， and puts forward suggestions and assumptions， and looks forward to its development prospects.

1 引言

党中央立意高远，思想深刻，内涵丰富，意义重大，具有鲜明的时代性、深刻性、理论性与现实指导性，对做好新形势下的工会工作进一步指明了方向，提出了更高的要求。结合这些重要要求与精神实质在国家极具创造性的发展思路中把行業自身所属范围内的工会工作作出亮点与特色是每位工会工作者需要去思考的问题。

党的十九大召开以来，随着全面建成小康社会、实现中国梦、“一带一路”和十四个“五年计划”的展开，文化艺术领域也面临着各项机遇和挑战。随着文化体制改革的不断深入，“改革”二字势在必行，工会工作的任务也会逐渐繁重，这些对新时期工会干部的业务水平、知识结构、工作方法等也提出了新的要求。

新时代下的工会工作要从我国当前具体国情出发，紧密结合……
