摘  要：随着社会经济的发展、人们文化水平的提高，社会对小学美育课程的开展情况越来越关注，国家也在逐步推行各种政策指导小学美育课程的开展，但是如何评价小学美育课程的开展情况和学校对美育的重视程度仍然没有一套行之有效的评价方法。以此为出发点，在对目前学校美育课程开展的效果进行分析总结的基础上，研究如何对教育目标评价方法、教育内容评价方法、教育手段评价方法，以及教育教师评价方法进行改进，以期能更有效地组织符合教育现代化背景的小学美育课程，形成一套行之有效的小学美育评价方法。

Research on Evaluation Methods of Primary School Aesthetic Education under the Background of Educational Modernization

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and the improvement of cultural level，the society pays more and more attention to the development of primary school aesthetic education courses. The state is also gradually implementing various policies to guide the development of primary school aesthetic education courses，but how to evaluate the development situation of primary school aesthetic education courses and the school's emphasis on aesthetic education still do not have a set of effective evaluation methods. This article is based on this as the starting point. Based on the analysis and summary of the current school aesthetic education curriculum，it studies how to improve the evaluation methods of educational objectives，educational content，educational methods，and educational teacher evaluation methods. It can more effectively organize primary school aesthetic education courses that meet the background of educational modernization，and form a set of effective primary school aesthetic education evaluation methods.

“教育现代化”就是用现代化的理论和思想将传统教育进行武装，让教育的思想理念、教育教学内容、方法与手段以及学校硬件与软件建设都能够符合现代化要求的水平，培养出符合现代化要求的高素质人才。

“美育”是审美教育，也是情操教育和心灵教育，美育通过将美的思想和行为通过教育教学传达给被学生来提高其对于美的感受与认知，从而提升学生的审美能力，塑造美的人格与品质。

“美育评价”是依据一定的美育评价标准，通过系统的收集信息，在标准与信息比较的基础上作出价值判断。美育评价作为一种价值判断活动时，是教师最常用的教学技术之一。

苏联著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：“没有审美教育就没有任何教育。……
