【摘  要】近年来，全国许多地方的工会组织在“互联网+工会”工作中进行了初步的探索和尝试，各地方和大型企业都提出了建设智慧工会的构想。智慧工会工作是深化工会改革创新的重要举措，是中国工会适应互联网时代发展的内在需求和外在要求。

【Abstract】In recent years， trade union organizations in many parts of the country have made preliminary explorations and attempts in the work of "internet + trade union". Various localities and large enterprises have put forward the idea of constructing an intelligent trade union. Intelligent trade union work is an important measure to deepen the reform and innovation of trade union， and it is also the internal and external requirements of China's trade union to adapt to the development of internet era.

1 智慧工会的建设背景和意义

1.1 智慧工会的建设背景

互联网为人们的生活带来了极大的便利，也逐渐以其渗透性和影响力强大的特点深刻改变着人们的日常生活方式、交往方式、生产方式，逐渐成为目前社会性变革的重要推动力。中国人民正满怀信心地拥抱着互联网新时代。作为工会工作的网络新平台，在互联网时代借此端口能够打开工作新局面，同时，互联网工会工作也顺应了时代的发展，工会职工和农民工中绝大部分都是互联网网民，互联网工会的建设也是推进工会组织改革的内在要求，通过互联网加强与职工的联系更是有效加强基层工会建设的重要举措。

1.2 智慧工会的建设意义

在现有的研究中，学者多是基于“互联网+”或工会某单一功能的研究，只是单纯地将工会工作的其中一项内容应用到互联网上，考虑问题时没有充分运用互联网的思维，也没有把工会工作看作一个系统性的整体来研究。本文充分分析“互联网+工会”的相关实践，探索“互联网+”与中国工会工作联动的特点以及所带来的影响，希望引起更多学者对“互联网+工会”工作的深度关注和研究，开拓“互联网+工会”工作相关研究的学术范围。……
