【摘  要】基建工程验收工作是指对基本建设竣工工程办理检验、交接和交付使用的对保证工程质量、促进项目及时投产使用和尽早发挥投资效果都具有重要作用的工作。验收工作既是对建设阶段成果的整体确认，也是推动基本建设系统转化为生产系统的重要环节。变电站基建工程验收工作的质量和电网的平稳安全运行息息相关，变电站基建工程验收工作是否达标、完善，关乎后期电力设备能否安全运行。因此，在变电站基建工程验收工作中，相关人员要保持严谨务实的态度，确保每一个验收环节高质量、高标准完成，保证变电站安全平稳运行。

【Abstract】Acceptance work of infrastructure project refers to handling the inspection， handover and delivery for use of the basically completed projects， which plays an important role in ensuring the project quality， promoting the project to be put into production and use in time and giving full play to the investment effect as soon as possible. The acceptance work is not only the overall confirmation of the achievements in the construction stage， but also an important link to promote the transformation of the basic construction system into the production system. The quality of acceptance work of substation infrastructure project is closely related to the stable and safe operation of power grid. Whether the acceptance work of substation infrastructure project is up to standard and perfect is related to the safe operation of power equipment in the later stage. Therefore， in the acceptance work of substation infrastructure project， the relevant personnel should maintain a rigorous and pragmatic attitude， ensure that each acceptance link is completed with high quality and high standard， and ensure the safe and stable operation of the substation.

1 引言

变电站基建工程的验收工作和输电工程的建设质量有着密不可分的关系，同时和电网能否安全顺利运行关系密切。做好变电站基建工程验收工作，是保证电网工程安全顺利运行的不可缺环节。如今，电力工程的整体范围不断扩大，基建工程验收的各项基本工作越来越烦琐、越来越复杂，所以不能轻视检查工作，一旦松懈就会出现严重的不可预计的后果。在基建工程的验收工作当中，对于细节的严谨完整把握对电网设备的安全运行起着重要的作用，在变电站基建工程验收过程中存在很多问题，需要对这些遇到的重点问题进行具体的分析，研究得出高效准确的方法解决这些问题。……
