【摘  要】在新时期发展背景下，我国中小物流企业面临新的发展机遇和挑战，实施智慧物流既是提升中小物流企业发展竞争力的主要途径，也是提升其经济效益的最主要手段，能够大幅度提高中小物流企业的工作效率，并降低工作成本。论文针对中小物流企业实施智慧物流的方法进行了论述，并对智慧物流发展过程中存在的问题以及应对措施进行了探讨。

【Abstract】Under the background of the development of the new era， China's small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are facing new development opportunities and challenges. The implementation of smart logistics is not only the main way to improve the development competitiveness of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises， but also the most important means to improve their economic benefits， which can greatly improve the work efficiency of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and reduce work costs. This paper discusses the methods of implementing smart logistics by small and medium-sized logistics enterprises， and discusses the problems existing in the development process of smart logistics and the countermeasures.

1 引言

如今网络购物已深入人心，网络电商的发展速度迅猛，渐渐覆盖到生活中的方方面面。在互联网购物以及电商平台快速发展的过程中，物流行业的发展速度也得到了提升，而智慧物流正是依托物联网、互联网、人工智能和远程控制等技术，使物流工作变得更加简化和快速。对于中小物流企业来讲，开展智慧物流建设工作面临的问题比较多，本文针对中小企业在进行智慧物流发展和建设中存在的问题以及相应的措施进行了论述。

2 智慧物流的发展现状

对于智慧物流来讲，其是通过以互联网为平台进行大数据的传输工作，将人工智能和信息自动化工作得以最终实现，在整个物流体系当中，可以就配送存在的问题进行独立解决，同时，还能够依托互联网平台开展深度学习及自主决策。对于智慧物流系统来讲，需要拥有处理工具及相关系统，处理工具及系统是高度集成的软件以及硬件设备，能够使物流的智慧管理得以真正实现。……
