【摘  要】近年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，人民的生活水平和质量有了很大的提高，但随之而来的环境污染问题日益严重，极大地影响了我国经济的长远发展，对自然生态环境、人民生活环境造成了较为严重的影响和威胁。如何调整好环境与人之间的发展关系，给生态环境保护技术带来了极大的挑战。在此背景下，如何为生态环境保护工程提供更多有价值的数据支持，有效促进生态环境的改善，成为至关重要的需求。因此，相关生态环境保护单位加强了环境监测的实践。论文根据生态环境保护中环境监测管理的实践进行分析，找出问题，并提出相应的发展措施。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the rapid development of China's economy， people's living standards and quality have been greatly improved， but the consequent environmental pollution problem is increasingly serious， which has greatly affected the long-term development of China's economy， and caused a more serious impact and threat to the natural ecological environment and people's living environment. How to adjust the development relationship between environment and human has brought great challenge to ecological environmental protection technology. In this context， how to provide more valuable data support for the ecological environmental protection project and effectively promote the improvement of the ecological environment has become a crucial demand. Therefore， related ecological environmental protection units have strengthened the practice of environmental monitoring. This paper analyzes the practice of environmental monitoring and management in ecological environment protection， finds out the problems， and puts forward the corresponding development measures.

1 引言

所谓的环境监测，其实就是开展生态环境保护工作中运用的科学手段，对生态环境中的各种含量物质进行监测，得到相应的数据信息，然后通过与有关物质含量标准相互比较，确定生态环境质量采取的情况，从而提高生态环境的质量。但是因为受设备的影响、人员的影响以及环境因素等影响，环境监测的运行以及实施受到了限制，很不利于生态环境保护工作的正常运行。所以要做好生态环境保护的工作，环境监测是主要的关键点，需要加强对环境监测的重视，提高环境监测的整体水平，通过有效、及时的监测确保生态环境保护工作的顺利开展，为可持续发展保驾护航。……
