【摘  要】随着当前科学技术和社会经济的日益发展，信息技术手段逐渐丰富起来。与此同时，大数据技术得到了长足的进步和发展。在当前大数据时代背景之下，档案管理工作产生了相应的变化，同时面临着较大的挑战和发展机遇。在当前的档案管理过程中，大数据对于档案管理产生了重大的影响，只有对其进行改革和调整，才能够使档案管理工作更加高效合理。论文主要对大数据时代档案管理模式的变化展开研究，以供相关专业人士进行参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】With the development of current science and technology and social economy， the means of information technology are gradually enriched. At the same time， big data technology has made great progress and development. In the current era of big data background， archives management has produced corresponding changes， at the same time facing greater challenges and opportunities for development. In the current process of archives management， big data has had a significant impact on archives management. Only by reforming and adjusting it can we make archives management more efficient and reasonable. This paper mainly studies the changes of archives management mode in the era of big data for the reference of relevant professionals.

1 引言

在网络技术和计算机技术水平不断提升的基础上，迎来了大数据时代。在各个领域的发展中，大数据发挥了重要的作用。对于档案管理工作的影响也不可忽视，在新时期的档案管理工作，应打破传统管理思想和管理模式的束缚影响，结合大数据时代的发展要求，对档案工作进行创新与升级，将更多先进技术融入档案管理工作中，增强档案管理的实效性。

2 大数据时代下的档案管理方式

2.1 转变对档案管理的认识

在大数据时代下，目前的档案管理与传统的档案管理存在较大的差距，现在的档案管理更多的是追求档案资料的隐藏价值以及档案查阅的便捷性。针对现在这种时代背景下的要求，相关档案管理者一定要从自身作出改变，认识到档案管理方式变革的重要性。除了重视档案的数据资料，更应重视档案的内在价值，即档案管理者应深入挖掘档案的特殊价值。……
