【摘  要】在不断增长的人文需求下，我国的城市建设必须要加强对人文环境的建设，而园林就是代表城市人文气息最为重要的设施之一。就目前来看，城市园林的建设既可以满足当前人们日益增长的文化诉求，也能够满足我国城市环境的保护战略，可以更好地提高人们的生活环境质量。论文针对园林施工管理和技术难点进行探讨，提出相应的解决对策。

【Abstract】Under the background of the growing demand for humanity， China's urban construction must strengthen the construction of the cultural environment， and the garden is one of the most important facilities to represent the cultural atmosphere of the city. At present， the construction of urban gardens can not only meet the growing cultural demands of people， but also meet the protection strategy of China's urban environment， and can better improve the quality of people's living environment. This paper discusses the management and technical difficulties of garden construction， and puts forward the corresponding solutions.

1 引言

园林工程是我国市政工程中最为重要的工程之一，其既能够满足当前我国关于生态文明建设和可持续发展战略的基本需求，也能够满足人们日益增长的生活质量需求，因此，在市政建设中关于园林工程的内容十分重要。目前，在建设园林工程的过程中，施工企业必须要加强其施工管理工作，针对施工过程中的技术难点进行研究和处理，采取针对性的解决对策，进而达到更好的处理效果，本文即以此为核心来展开探讨。

2 园林工程施工和项目管理理论

2.1 园林工程

园林工程在定义上是具有广义和狭义的区分的。在广义上，园林工程更多的是指关于城市的一道景观建设工程，该工程的内容包括建设、施工、设计和后续的养护和管理等工作，是从工程的角度上来定义的概念。在狭义上，园林工程指的是通过相应的施工办法和设计方法，围绕园林工程的各项需求来完成现场施工，并使得园林区域能够以更好的外观审美性和工程质量面对大众。……
