摘    要：农村专业技术协会在我国农业技术推广应用中具有重要作用，是实现我国农业现代化建设的重要依托。本文利用安徽省不同农村专业技术协会中241份农户样本数据，使用倾向得分匹配法（PSM），研究农村专业技术协会中农户应用新品种意愿的影响因素。结果显示，获得培训次数更多的农户应用新品种的意愿得到有效提升;经营规模、家庭年收入以及获得更多收益等因素能够显著提高农户的新品种应用意愿，相反地，年龄、投入更多资金等因素有明显的抑制作用。因此，农技协应该加大农业培训的力度，同时提升技术服务能力，加强农业政策的宣传。

Abstract： The Rural Special Technology Association plays an important role in the popularization and application of agricultural technology in China and it is an important support for the realization of agricultural modernization in China. Based on 241 sample data of different rural professional and technical associations in Anhui Province and using the propensity score matching method （PSM）， this paper studied the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to apply new varieties in rural professional and technical associations. The results showed that the willingness of farmers to use new varieties with more training times could be improved effectively; the factors such as scale of operation， annual family income and more income could significantly improve the willingness of farmers to use new varieties.On the contrary， age， more investment and other factors had a significant inhibitory effect. Therefore， the Rural Special Technology Association should strengthen agricultural training， enhance technical service capacity and strengthen agricultural policy propaganda.

农村专业技术协会（以下简称农技协）是农民由于自身需求，自发组织，自我管理的非营利、非政府的民间组织，自20世纪80年代以来日益成为我国农业社会化服务体系的重要组成部分，它在技术推广方面具有显著优势[1-2]。2012—2016年以来连续五年中央一号文件明确提出要充分发挥农技协在农技推广中的作用。农技协通过提供农业技术培训等形式，实现技术供需对接和有效服务供给，将农民、技术专家、科研人员等主体连接起来，为农民之间提供生产、技术经验的双向交流平台，能够及时传递相关技术与产品销售信息，成为连接广大农民和技术专家、科研人员的桥梁。农技协从农户实际需求出发，为协会中农户提供多种形式的技术培训，而农技协提供的农业技术培训是否能够有效提高农户应用新品种的意愿的定量研究较少。……
