摘    要：为深入了解我国柿研究现状及热点领域，促进柿树产业健康发展，利用文献计量学方法，以CNKI数据库为文献来源，分别从年发文量、核心作者、研究机构、研究内容、引用频次和关键词等方面对1999—2019年我国柿研究科学论文进行了统计分析。结果表明，CNKI收录与柿相关有效文献3 637篇;西北农林科技大学（160篇）、华中农业大学（145篇）和河北农业大学（72篇）是发文量前3位的机构，载文量排名前3位的期刊为《河北果树》、《果农之友》和《落叶果树》;文献主要涉及农业科技、工程科技、医药卫生科技、基础学科和经济与管理科学5大学科，并存在学科交叉现象;被引频次排名前10的论文共被引1 025次;研究热点主要为栽培管理、食品保鲜与加工、遗传育种、营养与药用分析和病虫害防治五大类。本研究结果可为柿研究发展趋势的确定提供理论依据。

Abstract：  In order to deeply understand the current situation and hot areas of persimmon research and promote the healthy development of persimmon industry in China， this paper analyzed the status quo of persimmon research from 1999 to 2019 using bibliometric method and CNKI database as the literature source，which included the annual distribution， core authors， number of papers published by major organizations， main subjects involved cited frequency and keywords. The results showed that CNKI included 3 637 valid literatures related to persimmon. Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University （160 articles）， Huazhong Agricultural University （145 articles） and Hebei Agricultural University （72 articles） were the top three institutions in the number of papers published. The top three periodicals of published papers were "Hebei Fruits"， "Fruit Growers' Friend" and "Deciduous Fruits". Persimmon research literature mainly involved agricultural science and technology， engineering science and technology， medicine and health science， basic disciplines and economics and management science， and there was a phenomenon of interdisciplinary. The papers with the top 10 citation frequency were cited by 1 025 times totally. There were five research hotspots， including cultivation management， food preservation and processing， genetic breeding， nutrition and medicinal analysis， pest control. The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for determining the development trend of persimmon research.

柿（Diospyros kaki L.）為柿科（Ebenaceae）柿属（Diospyros）多年生落叶果树，原产于中国，是我国重要的特色果树之一[1]。据统计，我国栽培的柿品种有1 058种，其中很多是我国特有的地方品种，如陕西富平的尖柿，陕西泾阳、三原的鸡心黄柿，河南博爱的八月黄，河南平顶山的七月糙，河北、北京一带的磨盘柿等[2]。据联合国粮食及农业组织（Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations，FAO）统计，2019年我国柿栽培面积和产量分别为919 995 hm2（占世界92.70%）和3 247 068 t（占世界76.04%），均居世界首位[3]。柿果实甘甜多汁，营养价值高[4]。柿霜、柿蒂、柿叶、柿皮还具有较高的药用价值[5-8]。……
