摘    要：短时间内的疫情暴发和蔓延，给农产品的生产、供应、加工和销售带来一定影响，影响了人们生命安全和正常生活。本研究对农产品供应链现状、生产資料供应、农产品生产加工、农产品物流配送、农产品销售等理论进行分析，分别从生产资料的供应环节、农产品生产和加工环节、流通配送环节、销售环节深入研究新冠肺炎疫情对山东省农产品供应链的影响。最后，从提升供应质量、改革电商系统、建立物流基地、完善管理体系等四方面提出疫情背景下保障农产品有效供应的对策，有助于满足社会和居民对农产品的需求，促进数字经济发展，加快农产品转型升级。

Abstract： The outbreak and spread of the epidemic in a short period of time have brought certain impact on the production， supply， processing and sales of agricultural products， and affected people's  life safety and normal life. This paper analyzed the current situation of agricultural product supply chain， the supply of means of production， the production and processing of agricultural products， the logistics and distribution of agricultural products， and the sales of agricultural products. The influence of COVID-19 on the supply chain of agricultural products in Shandong Province was further studied from the supply chain， production and processing links， distribution and sales links.Finally， from the four aspects of improving supply quality， reforming E-commerce system， establishing logistics base and improving management system， this paper put forward countermeasures to ensure the effective supply of agricultural products under the background of epidemic situation， which would help to meet the needs of society and residents for agricultural products， promote the development of digital economy and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products.

新冠肺炎疫情来势汹汹，快速蔓延且持续时间长，给各行各业都带了严峻的挑战，使农产品供应链受到了干扰。为应对此次突发事件，减少对农产品供应链冲击，政府及社会公民应积极采取措施阻断疫情传播，保证农产品有效供应和农业的正常发展，维护人们正常生活。

首先，部分学者就重大突发事件对农产品的影响进行了研究。马九杰等[1]在对计量模型做出弹性分析后，发现了自然灾害对中国农产品生产的影响。何哲[2]发现了突发事件产生和演化的主要原因。蒋和平等[3]指出，疫情的快速冲击加上蔓延将会对我国农产品的合理供给造成尤为严重的恶果。胡晓龙[4]提出，在现阶段，区域之间受此次疫情的影响呈现出明显的差异之分。……
