摘 要 临床教学是医学理论与实践的结合，对医学生专业能力培养具有重要作用。目前，在线教育方式如慕课、SPOC、微课、在线虚拟训练、在线案例教学等在临床带教中逐渐应用，已成为重要的教学方法之一。本文对国内现有的在线教育方式在临床教学中的应用现况和实施途径进行探讨，为在疫情防控常态化形势下在线临床教学的开展提供参考。

Abstract Clinical teaching is the combination of medical theory and practice and plays an important role in the cultivation of medical students' professional ability. At present， online education methods such as admiration MOOC， SPOC， micro-course， online virtual training， online case teaching have been gradually applied in clinical teaching， which has become one of the important teaching methods. This paper discusses the application and implementation of the online education methods in clinical teaching in China in order to provide a reference for the development of online clinical teaching under the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control.

醫学是一门实践性的学科，尤其医学生后期的临床见习和实习，是理论与实践相结合的重要环节，对培养高水平医学人才具有重要意义。随着互联网技术的进步，在线教育已日益成为重要的教学方式之一，并且在特殊时期，如应急公共卫生事件发生期间，已成为实现“停课不停学”目标的重要手段。但医学生的临床实践具有专业特殊性，所以探索在线教育在医学生临床带教中的开展与实施，是新时期医学教育的重要任务之一。本文对现有在临床教学中应用的在线教育方式及其应用进行梳理，探讨在目前疫情常态化防控背景下可行的在线临床教学方式，为在线临床教学的开展提供参考。

1 现有在线教育方式在临床教学中的应用现况

目前我国临床教学中已开始探索应用多种在线教学形式，但其特点及效果有所差异，目前在临床教学中开展的线上教学主要有以下方式：
