[摘要] 目的 研究血管內皮生长因子与缺血性结肠炎相关性，探讨VEGF在缺血性结肠炎早期诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选取2018年6月至2020年3月在我院消化内科就诊的缺血性结肠炎患者50例为研究组，选取同期未患病者53例为对照组。比较研究组治疗前后与对照组血液中的VEGF表达水平;血液及结肠组织中的VEGF RNA表达水平;分析研究组治疗前后血液及结肠组织中VEGF RNA表达水平的相关性。 结果 治疗前研究组血液中VEGF水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗前研究组结肠组织及血液中VEGF RNA表达水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。研究组治疗前后血液及结肠组织中VEGF RNA表达水平的相关性分析结果显示，两者表达水平呈正相关。 结论 VEGF在缺血性结肠炎的早期诊断中具有一定的意义，有助于提高早期诊断率，改善患者预后。

The correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor and ischemic colitis

[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor and ischemic colitis， and to explore the application value of VEGF in the early diagnosis of ischemic colitis. Methods Fifty patients with ischemic colitis who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study group， and 53 patients with no disease during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of VEGF in the blood， the expression levels of VEGF RNA in the colon tissue and in the blood of the study group before and after treatment and between the two groups were compared. The correlation between the expression levels of VEGF RNA in the blood and colon tissue of the study group before and after treatment were analyzed. Results Before treatment， the blood VEGF level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; after treatment， the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. Before treatment， the expression levels of VEGF RNA in colon tissue and blood in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）; after treatment， the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Analysis showed that the correlation between the expression levels of VEGF RNA in blood and colon tissues in the study group before and after treatment were positively correlated. Conclusion VEGF has a certain significance in the early diagnosis of ischemic colitis， which helps to increase the early diagnosis rate and improve the prognosis of patients.

缺血性结肠炎（Ischemic colitis，IC）是因肠道动脉供血不足或静脉回流受阻导致的结肠缺血性损伤性疾病，是缺血性结肠炎中最常见的临床类型[1]。IC的临床表现多种多样，早期确诊较困难，误诊率高，术后死亡率高达21%。血液检测在IC快速诊断中有重要意义[2]。在一定的时间内，组织如果没有获得充分的血液，机体为了维护自身的稳定状态，会出现一些适应性反应，现有的文献提出，缺氧诱导因子1α（Hypoxia inducible factor-1α，HIF-1α）和血管内皮生长因子（Vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）等与上述现象相关[3]。细胞处于缺氧状态时，泛素蛋白酶体因不断发生降解而减少，与此同时，HIF-1α的分子浓度则会不断升高。……
