摘  要：随着管理技术的日益发展，世界经济的进一步全球化，供应链管理越来越受到企业的重视，互联网的崛起促进买方主导市场环境，买方的需求逐渐变得质量化、经济化、个性化、具体化、更加注重体验感，使得企业的经营环境发生转变。对比传统的批量化采购，JIT采购更能适应现代化小批量、多品种、多需求的市场形势，JIT采购模式下供应商的能力评价研究也变得日益重要。文章采用灰色关联法对供应商进行评价，为企业选择合适的供应商。

Abstract： With the development of management technology and the further globalization of world economy， supply chain management has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. The rise of internet promotes the buyer dominated market environment， and the buyer's demand gradually becomes personalized， which makes the business environment of enterprises change. Compared with the traditional batch procurement， JIT procurement is more suitable for modern small batch， multi variety and multi demand market situation， and the research on supplier capability evaluation under JIT procurement mode has become increasingly important. In this paper， the gray correlation method is used to evaluate the suppliers and select the suitable suppliers for enterprises.

0  引  言

隨着科技、信息、经济等的进一步发展，经济全球化也得到了快速发展。在新的经济模式下，传统的采购模式无法适应当今的快节奏、个性化需求。传统采购方式中选择供应商标准因考虑因素（产品价格占全部因素比重大）不全面导致评估不科学、所选择供应商不达标。采购方耗费大量精力用来议价，却忽视了对供应商的管理，双方的信息交流速度慢且不全面。传统采购模式已经不符合经济社会的交易条件，于是JIT（Just In Time）采购模式，又称准时化生产方式如雨后春笋般出现。与传统采购模式相比，JIT采购模式下供货方和买方竭力构建长期战略互助伙伴关系，双方加强信息间交流，合理配置资源并节约成本，为降低库存和运输成本，配送方式采用小批量多频次直接送到生产线，能够最大限度减少库存，为企业节约更多成本，并降低缺货损失。……
