On the training mode of practical English talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of Winter Olympic Games

Summary:In the context of the Winter Olympics,the cultivation of practical English talents in higher vocational colleges is of great significance.We should focus on the cultivation of students'cross-cultural communicative competence and translation competence,and guide them to form correct emotional concepts,a thorough knowledge of the practical English culture of the Winter Olympic Games will not only contribute to the winter Olympic Games,but also provide help for its subsequent employment and development.

In recent years,the level of sports in China has been improved,and the international exchange of sports has become increasingly frequent,the demand for talent has gradually increased.Especially in the context of the Winter Olympic Games,it requires talents to master the theoretical knowledge in an all-round way,and form the practical operation ability in practical English.Therefore,in the environment of the Winter Olympic Games,higher vocational colleges should attach importance to the cultivation of practical English talents,improve the work plan of Education and guidance,and enhance the overall effect of practical English teaching and guidance.

Under the background of the Winter Olympic Games,vocational colleges should regard students as the main body,renew their sense of learning,strengthen propaganda and education,renew students'sense of learning.In the process of students'learning knowledge,we should change the inculcation teaching method,regard students as the main body of the class,communicate with each other,take the instruction of practical English as the main part,and reduce the requirement of students'practical English learning,to enhance students'confidence in using practical English to communicate with each other,to enhance students'participation in classroom teaching,and to cultivate students'practical English language ability.For example,in the context of the Winter Olympic Games,teachers in higher vocational colleges should appropriately reduce the difficulty of learning practical English,and encourage students to collect various English knowledge independently according to the actual situation in the Winter Olympic Games,the content of practical English should be used reasonably to communicate with each other,to promote students'self-confidence in learning,to enhance their ability of language application,and to cultivate students'ability of practical English learning,so as to achieve the expected goal of education.

In the practical English teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of the Winter Olympic Games,we should establish a correct sense of concept and follow the scientific teaching guiding principles,to cultivate the students'basic ability of practical English in the context of the Winter Olympic Games,their ability of cross-cultural communication,their ability of interpretation and so on,to improve the teaching mechanism and the contents of the plan,and to strengthen the effect of practical English teaching guidance in the context of the Winter Olympic Games,to break the limitations of traditional teaching,practical English teaching will play a guiding role to enhance the students in the Winter Olympics practical English knowledge learning and application ability.
