摘  要：运用2008～2019年长三角三省一市的年鉴数据，测度物流产业与高技术产业的专业化集聚水平及两产业的协同集聚水平，然后利用多元线性模型分析产业协同集聚的影响因素。研究结果显示，长三角整体物流产业与高技术产业的集聚水平较高，但各地区具有较大差异;上海市的物流产业与高技术产业协同集聚水平一直处于长三角地区的最前沿;同时地区经济发展水平、产业结构、资本投入强度及交通基础设施水平对物流产业与高技术产业的协同集聚水平具有提升作用，而对外开放水平、政府干预、科研投入水平和人力资本水平对产业协同集聚的作用则相反。

Abstract： Based on the yearbook data of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2019， this paper measures the specialized agglomeration level of logistics industry and high-tech industry and the collaborative agglomeration level of the two industries， and then analyzes the influencing factors of industrial collaborative agglomeration by using multiple linear model. The results show that the agglomeration level of logistics industry and high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Delta is high， but there are great differences among different regions. The collaborative agglomeration level of logistics industry and high-tech industry in Shanghai has always been at the forefront of the Yangtze River Delta region. At the same time， the regional economic development level， industrial structure， capital input intensity and transportation infrastructure level have an impact on the logistics industry and high-tech industry of the level of industrial collaborative agglomeration can improve， while the level of opening to the outside world， government intervention， scientific research investment level and human capital level have the opposite effect.

產业协同集聚作为一种新型经济活动，逐渐成为一个国家或地区经济发展的重要驱动力，且在全球化时代，产业竞争力体现着国家竞争优势。以高技术产业为代表的先进制造业是国民经济的支柱性产业，是提高产业竞争力的主要动力之一。物流产业作为制造业的延伸产业，为高技术产业提供服务与支持。物流产业与高技术产业的协同发展是经济发展过程中的现实需求，同时具有良好的协同集聚发展的现实基础。而长三角作为我国经济发展的先行地，工业发展起步早，具有良好的产业集聚基础与雄厚科研实力，市场化水平高，交通便利，是产业协同发展的优良地区。……
