摘要 痛风病是与高尿酸血症及尿酸盐沉积密切相关的慢性、进展性、复发性代谢疾病，发病率逐年攀升，严重危害人民健康。张冰教授针对痛风病高血尿酸、尿酸盐沉积、急性炎症不同病程阶段的病理特点，建立“整合论治”的治疗策略，采用健脾祛湿化浊除痹以降尿酸、抗炎镇痛，实现截断高血尿酸、扭转尿酸盐沉积、抑制急性炎症的治疗效果，标本兼治全程干预痛风病，为临床治疗慢性复杂疾病提供新思路。

Professor ZHANG Bing′s Clinical Practice of Treating Gout Disease from Both Manifestation and Root Cause Under the Strategy of “Integrated Therapy”

Abstract Gout disease is a chronic，progressive，recurrent metabolic disease closely related to high uric acid and the deposition of urate.The incidence rate is increasing recently，which impairs public health seriously.According to the pathological characteristics of hyperuricemia，urate deposition and acute inflammation in different stages of gout disease，Professor ZHANG Bing established the strategy of “Integrated Therapy”，and used the methods of invigorating spleen，dispelling dampness，removing turbidity to reduce uric acid，resist inflammation and ease pain，achieve truncation of high uric acid，reverse urate deposition，inhibit acute inflammation，and intervene gout in the whole process by treating both symptoms and root causes，which provided new ideas for the clinical treatment of complex chronic diseases.

张冰教授为首届国医大师颜正华教授学术继承人，颜正华名医工作室负责人，中医药传承与创新“百千万”人才工程岐黄学者（临床型），第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，国家中医药管理局临床中药学重点学科带头人。张冰教授从事中医药临床、教学、科研工作近四十载，临床诊疗经验丰富，尤其对尿酸代谢相关疾病研究深入，对尿酸代谢相关病有独到的见解。

现代医学对于高尿酸血症、痛风及其并发症的病理认识发展迅速、不断挑战临床治疗策略。高尿酸血症、痛风的发病率逐年升高，危害人们身心健康，但人们对本病的重视程度仍有待提高，治疗药物亦有偏颇，单纯针对高血尿酸降尿酸、急性炎症发作抗炎镇痛的治疗已不能满足临床治疗需求[1-2]。针对这一现状，如何发挥中医药全程防治结合的优势，获得满意的治疗效果，亟待探索。……
