摘要 痛风病是指与高尿酸血症、尿酸盐沉积密切相关的进展性代谢疾病，已成为我国第二大类代谢疾病。通过梳理和总结国内外痛风相关疾病的指南和专家共识以及中医对痛风病的认识，对痛风病的中西医认识进展进行综述。以及基于对痛风病的认识，总结中西医治疗痛风病的研究进展，以期为痛风病的诊疗及研究提供参考。

Progress and Thinking on the Treatment of Gout Disease at Home and Abroad

Abstract Gout disease is a progressive metabolism disease，which is closely related to hyperuricemia and urate crystal deposition.It has become the second largest metabolism disease in China.In this paper，the guidelines and expert consensus on gout-related diseases at home and abroad and the understanding of gout diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are classified and summarized based on literature review.And based on the understanding of gout disease，this paper summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of gout disease，aiming to provide reference for the diagnosis，treatment and research of gout disease.

痛风病是指与高尿酸血症、尿酸盐沉积密切相关的进展性代谢疾病。高尿酸血症是嘌呤代谢紊乱引起的代谢异常综合征。当体内血尿酸超过其血液或组织液中的饱和度即可在关节局部形成尿酸钠晶体并沉积，继而诱发局部炎性反应和组织破坏，即痛风性关节炎。既往研究认为，高尿酸血症和尿酸盐沉积致炎的痛风性关节炎是不同的疾病。随着高频超声、双能CT（DECT）等先进影像学检查技术的广泛应用，发现无症状高尿酸血症患者关节及周围组织可出现尿酸盐晶体沉积甚至骨侵蚀现象[1-2]。高血尿酸与尿酸盐沉积所致的关节病变的界限渐趋模糊。本文通过梳理和总结国内外痛风相关疾病的指南或专家共识以及中医对痛风相关疾病的认识，对痛风病的中西医认识进展进行综述。以及基于对痛风病的认识，总结中西医治疗痛风病的研究进展。
