【摘要】 目的：探讨YS3004C脑功能治疗仪治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法：选取本院2016年7月-2019年8月收治的75例精神分裂症患者为观察对象。按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组（n=37）和观察组（n=38）。对照组给予奥氮平治疗，观察组在此基础上给予YS3004C脑功能治疗仪治疗，比较两组PANSS评分，疗效，WCST，血清NGF-β、BDNF、GDNF水平及炎症因子水平。结果：治疗3周后，两组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状、PANSS总分均较治疗前下降，且觀察组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率为78.95%，高于对照组的56.76%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗3周后，两组WCST中完成分类数较治疗前增加，且观察组多于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗3周后，两组总错误数、随机错误数、持续错误数均较治疗前减少，且观察组均少于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗3周后，两组血清NGF-β、BDNF、GDNF均较治疗前升高，且观察组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗3周后，两组血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降，且观察组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：YS3004C脑功能治疗仪治疗精神分裂症能够减轻精神症状，提高疗效及认知功能，增加NGF-β、BDNF、GDNF水平，并抑制炎症反应。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of YS3004C brain function therapeutic instrument on schizophrenia. Method： A total of 75 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the observation objects. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into control group （n=37） and observation group （n=38）. The control group was treated with Olanzapine， the observation group was given YS3004C brain function therapy instrument on this basis. PANSS score， efficacy， WCST， serum levels of NGF-β， BDNF， GDNF and inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups. Result： After 3 weeks of treatment， the scores of positive symptoms， negative symptoms， general psychopathological symptoms and PANSS total scores in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment， and the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 78.95%， higher than 56.76% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After 3 weeks of treatment， the number of complete classification in WCST was increased compared with before treatment in both groups， and the observation group was more than the control group （P<0.05）. After 3 weeks of treatment， the numbers of total errors， random errors and persistent errors were decreased compared with before treatment in both groups， and the observation group were less than those in the control group （P<0.05）. After 3 weeks of treatment， serum NGF-β， BDNF and GDNF were increased compared with before treatment in both groups， and the observation group were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After 3 weeks of treatment， the levels of serum IL-1β， IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment， and the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： YS3004C brain function therapy instrument in the treatment of schizophrenia can reduce psychotic symptoms， improve the efficacy and cognitive function， increase the levels of NGF-β， BDNF， GDNF， and inhibit the inflammatory response.

精神分裂癥是常见的精神疾病，病因未明，患者常存在认知功能障碍，致残率高，且病情容易反复发作，康复难度大[1]。据报道，全球精神分裂症的终生患病率高达3.8‰～8.4‰[2]。精神分裂症的治疗包括药物治疗、物理治疗等，治疗时间长，病程迁延难愈。抗精神病药物对改善精神分裂症症状有一定的效果，但部分患者仍有残余症状及认知功能障碍[3]。YS3004C脑功能治疗仪可产生交变电磁场，模仿大脑的磁场输出，穿透颅骨到达脑深部组织，改善局部血液循环。文献[4]报道，脑功能治疗仪在改善抑郁症方面能取得良好的效果，配合抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁症总有效率为90.32%，高于单纯应用抗抑郁药物治疗组的75.00%，但YS3004C脑功能治疗仪在精神分裂症治疗中的效果如何，尚未见大样本报道。据此，本研究主要观察YS3004C脑功能治疗仪治疗精神分裂症的效果，现报道如下。
