摘 要：目的：探讨基于微信平台的微课堂在皮肤性病学教学中应用的效果。方法：选择2016级临床医学两个大班学生作为研究对象，分为实验组和对照组，一大班50人，采用传统教学方法;二大班52人作为实验组，采用传统教学方法和基于微信平台的微课堂教学共同应用于皮肤性病学教学中，大课及实习结束后对两组学生进行理论考试和操作考试，并发放满意度调查问卷，了解学生对教学效果的满意度。结果实验组学生理论考试成绩为（93.60±1.90）分、操作考试成绩为（89.50±2.15）分，对照组学生理论考试成绩为（89.10±1.90）分、操作考试成绩为（84.30±2.36）分，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）;观察组学生对教学效果的满意度优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论 基于微信平台的微课堂应用于皮肤性病学教学中，可以增强学生自主学习能力和学习效率。

Application of wechat based micro classroom in dermatology and Venereology probation

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of wechat based micro classroom in dermatology and Venereology teaching.method Two large classes of clinical medicine students of grade 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The first class had 50 students and used traditional teaching methods;the second class had 52 students as the experimental group.The traditional teaching methods and micro classroom teaching based on wechat platform were used in dermatovenereology teaching.After the large class and practice，the two groups of students were given theoretical and operational examinations And the satisfaction questionnaire was issued to understand the students' satisfaction with the teaching effect.Results the scores of theory test and operation test of the observation group were（93.60 ± 1.90）and（89.50 ± 2.15）respectively，while those of the control group were（89.10 ± 1.90）and（84.30 ± 2.36）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）;the satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion the application of micro class based on wechat platform in dermatology and Venereology teaching can enhance students' autonomous learning ability and learning efficiency.

臨床见习课是临床实践的重要组成部分，对医学人才的培养影响重大。皮肤性病学是一门形态学为主的学科，传统的皮肤科见习教学模式多采用教室播放图片、录像以及带患者现场教学。但由于皮肤性病学的特殊性以及随着近年来疾病谱的变化、医患矛盾的日益增多，传统的皮肤性病学临床见习遇到了严峻的挑战与考验。微信已广泛应用于大学生的生活与学习，利用手机微信创建皮肤性病学见习课微信教学平台，带教老师和学生可通过微信教学平台进行课前沟通;上传临床病例资料、图片、视频;课后作业及讨论。这些方法可极大地调动学生学习的积极性，拓展教学空间。将微信教学平台运用于皮肤性病科见习中可极大提高见习教学的效果，弥补皮肤性病学教学中的局限性及不足[1]。……
