摘  要：地理在高中课程体系中占据重要地位，关系着学生地理素养能否形成，决定了学生能否实现全面发展。因此，高中地理教学过程中教师有必要结合学生的学习需求与成长特点，制定针对性的地理教学方案。而地理教学与生活知识间的衔接无疑，是保证地理教学水平的重要路径，要求教师进行合理设计，根据学生的生活习惯引导学生将生活知识与地理教学进行有效结合，培养学生的实践意识，突出地理教学的实用性，真正做到学以致用。

【Abstract】Geography occupies an important position in the high school curriculum system，which is related to the formation of students' geographic literacy and determines whether students can achieve all-round development. Therefore，in the high school geography teaching process，it is necessary to combine students' learning needs and growth characteristics to formulate targeted geography teaching programs. The connection between geography teaching and life knowledge is undoubtedly an important way to ensure the level of geography teaching. Teachers are required to make a reasonable design and guide students to effectively combine life knowledge with geography teaching according to students living habits，cultivate students sense of practice，and highlight geography. The practicality of teaching，truly apply what you have learned.

地理教学过程中需要融入新思维、新理念，打造创新式教学方法，提高学生的学习效率。在教学过程中应重视理论与实践的结合，根据教材中的内容，理清其与生活实践的联系，真正做到知识源于生活并作用于生活，为生活方向提供有效的指导。这也对高中地理教师提出了更高的要求，要求教师根据学生的学习情况以及参与地理课堂的主动性，不断优化教学方式，创新教学手段，拓宽地理课堂范围，实现知识的有效延伸，突出地理教学的实践性与实用性。
