摘  要：随着我国整体经济水平持续提升及广大人民生活水平普遍提高，社会各个层面对于青少年尤其于处于小学阶段青少年教育问题的关注程度不断增加，在对青少年尤其于处于小学阶段青少年的综合素质及专业素养要求日趋高企的整体宏观大背景之下，小学阶段的艺术类学科尤其是美术学科的关键意义得以突显，确实需要在积极秉持开放发展及与时俱进核心指导思想的基础上，采取诸多得力措施进一步优化提升小学美术教育教学的整体效率及效果。

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of China's overall economic level and the general improvement of people's living standards，all levels of society pay more and more attention to the education of young people，especially in the primary school stage. 1.引言

中華民族具有非常悠久的发展进步历史，也是唯一连续留存至今的古代文明，在中华民族的历史发展长河当中，不断产生并积累了诸多宝贵的物质及精神财富，而中华民族民间美术资源及作品就是其中比较突出的代表，需要给予足够的重视程度及资源倾斜。基于我国前期环境不友好及资源不集约的粗犷式经济社会发展模式所带来的负面影响不断显现并加剧，长期健康可持续发展核心理念越来越得到我国各级政府及诸多行业主管部门的高度重视，科学发展及绿色发展重要观念也逐渐融入人们日常生产生活的方方面面，而我国目前正处于从追求高速度发展向追求高质量发展的积极转变态势当中，所面临的国内外形势日趋复杂多变，来……
