摘要：在畜牧养殖业发展大背景下，养殖户在加大养殖规模增加养殖效益的同时，还需要关注养殖环节造成的环境污染问题。生态治理问题已经成为畜牧养殖领域不可回避的课题，很多研究专家和学者积极投身于畜牧养殖业污染生态治理工作中，并就畜牧养殖生态环境治理问题进行全面分析，对生态环境治理的问题进行有效的探究，实现对畜牧养殖产业结构的有效调整。该文主要论述畜牧养殖业生态环境治理现状及措施。

Current Situation and Measures of Ecological Environment Control in Animal Husbandry and Breeding Industry

Abstract：Under the background of the rapid development of animal husbandry，the farmers should pay more attention to the environmental pollution while increasing the scale and benefit of animal husbandry.The issue of ecological governance has become an unavoidable topic in the field of animal husbandry and breeding.At present，many research experts and scholars are actively engaged in the work of ecological pollution control in animal husbandry and breeding，the problems of eco-environmental governance of animal husbandry and breeding are analyzed comprehensively，and the problems of eco-environmental governance are explored effectively to realize the effective adjustment of the structure of animal husbandry and breeding industry.This paper mainly discusses the current situation and measures of ecological environment control in animal husbandry and breeding industry.

引言

我国从事畜牧养殖的时间历史悠久，随着畜牧产业结构的不断调整，规模化畜禽养殖产业得到不同程度的发展，特别是规模化集约化商品养殖发展迅速，畜禽养殖规模和产值每年以10%的速度递增。集约化规模化养殖场的建立和发展是产业结构调整、农牧民增加收入的重要途径。但很多养殖户在发展畜牧养殖产业之前，盲目考虑经济效益，忽视对畜牧养殖污染的有效防治和有效治理。从现阶段的畜牧养殖产业发展情况分析，超过90%以上的养殖场不能进行有效的环境质量评价，60%以上的养殖场没有配置完善的污染物防治措施。畜牧养殖业发展与生态环境污染之间的矛盾日益突出，因此需要加强对畜牧养殖的有效调整，实现对畜牧养殖生态环境的有效治理，减少污染物的排放，确保环境安全。
