摘 要：档案是社会记忆的主要载体，是构筑人类记忆宫殿的基石。档案与生俱来就与社会记忆管控关系密切。基于档案与社会记忆管控的关联，围绕两者的基本概念以及档案管控社会记忆的合理性、必要性，通过对档案管控社会记忆三要素的解构：对叙事客体的解构，对鉴定过程的解构，对主体地位的解构，分析档案在管控社会记忆过程中存在的问题，进而提出档案合理管控社会记忆的重构路径。

Deconstruction and Reconstruction： Research on Control of Archives and Social Memory

Abstract： Archives are the main carrier of social memory and the cornerstone of human memory palace. Archives are inherently associated with social memory control. Around the relevance between archives and social memory control， this paper begins from the basic concepts and the rationality of archival control， through the deconstruction of the three elements of social memory control on this basis： the deconstruction of narrative object， the deconstruction of the identification process， the deconstruction of subject status， it analyzes the problems existing in the process of social memory control by archives， then puts forward the reasonable reconstruction paths of archival control of social memory.

美國社会学家罗斯曾指出：“如果不想让我们的社会秩序像塔罗牌一样倒塌，社会就必须控制他们。以自由放任为准则的政策无疑会加速十七世纪的混乱在我们中间重现。”[1]事物存在不确定性，社会经常面临不同风险。社会问题频发促使人们采取法律、道德、舆论、宗教信仰、利益、社会价值观、伦理法则等各种控制手段对个体、社会团体和其他组织施加影响和制约作用，以减少风险、稳定社会秩序。社会需要控制，同样，由社会主客体形成的社会记忆也需要被合理管控。档案因其自身的凭证作用常被作为一种社会管控工具。

针对档案与社会记忆主题，笔者以中国知网（CNKI）为检索范围，以“篇名”为检索项，以“档案”并“社会记忆”为组配检索词（截至2020年12月31日）进行精确检索后，共得到相关文献169篇，其中期刊论文151篇，硕博论文15篇，会议论文1篇。对检索结果整理分析后，发现国内现有研究成果……
