摘 要：文章调研以档案为核心资源的数字人文项目现状，分析基于数字人文的档案资源开发利用存在的问题。针对问题提出推进主题领域档案资源整合共享；把握档案部门在数字人文项目中的作用；均衡档案数字人文资源开发项目的发展；完善档案数字人文基础设施建设；促进档案数字人文项目的可持续发展策略，以期为数字人文背景下我国主题档案资源开发利用提供启示和参考。

Research on the Development and Utilization of Archival Resources based on Digital Humanities

Abstract：Digital humanity is a methodology for academic research and resource development. The archival digital humanities projects integrate emerging technologies to achieve fine-grained， personalized， and intellectualized development and display of archival resources in the subject area， which are in line with digital humanities methodology. Its essence is the development and utilization of archival resources based on digital humanities .This paper analyzes the status and existing problems of the development and utilization of archives resources based on digital humanities. Finally， propose corresponding solutions to the problems.

數字人文是一种学术研究和资源开发的方法论，是数字技术和人文社会科学的深度融合，本质是面向本体进行数字资源的深度整合开发。从人文计算到数字人文，是不断优化的计算机技术与资源开发利用工作的深度融合过程，是计算机网络技术和公众知识需求满足的不期而遇。档案数字人文项目融合新兴技术，实现主题领域档案资源细粒度化、智能化、知识化开发和展示的特点，与数字人文方法论相契合，其本质正是基于数字人文的档案资源开发利用。基于数字人文的档案资源开发具有“面向主题、关注本体、基于数字仓储、跨媒介互动、跨领域整合、多机构协同及持续性开发”[1]等特点，对其进行深入研究，可以推动我国档案资源开发理论和实践的发展。

文章旨在进一步厘清数字人文与档案资源开发利用的关系，调研我国档案数字人文项目发展现状，深入分析基于数字人文的档案资源开发中存在的问题，提出改善对策，以期为我国档案资源开发实践提供理论指导。……
