摘 要：以张家口市传统村落东沙城村为研究对象，采用实地调查、问卷调查和村民访谈的形式，对东沙城村所处区位、村域文化遗产、历史沿革等进行了分析，并针对东沙城村在产业发展、人口空心化、基础设施等方面的问题提出了产业多元发展、化解人口空心化、完善基础设施、振兴文化遗产、提升保护意识等发展对策，以期为传统村落保护和发展提供参考。

Abstract： Taking Dongshacheng Village， a traditional village in Zhangjiakou City， as the research object， this paper analyzes the location， cultural heritage and historical evolution of Dongshacheng Village by means of field investigation， questionnaire survey and interviews with villagers. In view of the problems of industrial development， population hollowing out， infrastructure and other aspects of Dongshacheng Village， the paper puts forward development countermeasures， such as industrial diversified development， resolving population hollowing out， improving infrastructure， revitalizing cultural heritage， and enhancing protection awareness， in order to provide reference for the protection and development of traditional villages.

传统村落是指那些具有历史、文化、艺术、科学、社会价值并且蕴含深厚的人文自然资源的古村落，是农耕文明留下来的遗产。河北省张家口市东沙城村凭借着碹窑、庙宇等建筑群和深厚的历史文化底蕴，于2014年11月25日被国家住房和城乡建设部、文化部、财政部评选为第3批国家级传统村落。但是，当前东沙城村在产业发展、人口空心化、基础设施建设、文化遗产保护、保护意识等方面仍存在诸多问题。在乡村振兴的大背景下，如何在保护东沙城村传统建筑及历史文化遗产的基础上，有效地开发东沙城村传统村落，防止破坏原有的村庄肌理和文化传统，并提升村庄环境和居住条件，是当下传统村落保护发展需要考虑的重点。

1 东沙城村概况

1.1 区位 张家口市位于河北省西北部，东靠河北省承德市，西、西南与山西省接壤，南邻河北省保定市，东南毗连北京市，北、西北与内蒙古自治区交界，是京津冀（环渤海）经济圈和冀晋蒙（外长城）经济圈的交汇点，是冀西北地区的中心城市，连接京津、沟通晋蒙的交通枢纽（图1）。……
