摘 要：该文通过分析农业特色小镇的景观规划设计，阐明了在农业特色小镇建设过程中，必须遵循城乡统筹、整体推进，科学规划、因地制宜，以人为本、注重村民利益，重视生态、保护环境以及保护文化传承、突出本土特色的原则，科学规划设计，把农业特色小镇建设成环境优美、设施健全、特色突出、宜居宜游的美丽家园，最终实现生态优、村庄美、产业特、农民富、集体强、乡风好的目标。

Abstract： Through the research and analysis of the landscape planning and design of the agricultural characteristic town， this paper expounds that in the process of building the agricultural characteristic town， we must follow the principles of urban and rural overall planning and overall promotion， scientific planning and adjusting measures to local conditions， people-oriented， villagers′ interests， ecological and environmental protection， cultural heritage and local characteristics. In view of these principles， scientific planning and design should be carried out to build a small town with agricultural characteristics into a beautiful home with beautiful environment， sound facilities， outstanding characteristics and suitable for living and traveling， so as to achieve the goal of “excellent ecology， beautiful village， special industry， rich farmers， strong collective and good rural style”.

农业特色小镇是一种小镇发展模式，把当代农业、特色田园生活以及旅游体验结合在一起，在充分利用农村各种资源的前提下，加大对城市元素的使用力度，从而打造具有城市气息的小镇。在尊重小镇特色的基础上，充分挖掘小镇景观价值，并且在市场经济背景下，形成一定意义上的价值和商业运营模式，以形成产业，带动当地经济的发展，从而改变农村小镇落后的面貌[1]。

1 农业特色小镇的特性

1.1 文化性 农业特色小镇因历史悠久，往往具有独特的历史文化和民风民俗。不同于城市的纷繁复杂，小镇充满着诗和远方，承载了当地的风土人情、历史文化及生活习惯。每个小镇的文化都具有独特的社会意义，价值体系也比较独立。在农业特色小镇建设中，文化性的加工最为重要，要把小镇原有的文化融入景观中加以表现，维护、传承和创新小镇文化[2]。

1.2 生态性 农业特色小镇因没有被过度开发，往往具有特定的自然景观和较稳定的生态系统，良好的自然景观环境有效庇护了村民的生活及生产环境。……
