摘  要：大学生高度认同廉洁价值，但是他们的廉洁认知程度却不高，通过调研数据可以发现，他们的廉洁意识中还存在诸多问题，意识问题的出现源于现实中高校廉洁教育内容、途径、制度的种种不足，需要增强高校廉洁教育的针对性、系统性和方向性，从而解决问题，培育出廉洁的中国公民。

Abstract： College students highly identify with integrity， but they fail to foster a high level of cognition of integrity. According to surveyed data， there are many problems concerning their sense of integrity， which stems from deficiency in the content， approach， system of integrity education in colleges and universities. Therefore， integrity education in colleges and universities shall be made more targeted， systematized， and orientated in order to resolve the problems and cultivate honest Chinese citizens.

高校学生的廉洁意识状况直接影响他们廉洁行为的抉择，甚至会影响他们擔当作为的成就;作为中国公民、中国发展的重要依靠力量，他们的廉洁意识状况也在很大程度上影响着中国公民廉洁担当的精神风貌，影响着中国廉洁社会建设的现实进程。因此，结合实证调研结果，精准把握高校学生廉洁意识的现状，深度挖掘其间存在的问题，具有重要的现实意义。

一、高校学生廉洁意识的问题

意识包括知、情、意三个方面，高校学生的廉洁意识问题可以分为认知、情感和意识三类。

（一）廉洁认知的理解偏差

渊源流长廉洁传统积淀、马克思主义的理论超越、中国共产党的创造性实践等共同形成丰富、系统的中国特色社会主义廉洁文化。但是，调研数据显示①，大学生对廉洁的认知却存在着诸多问题。
