摘 要 无论是世界设计组织命名的“世界设计之都”还是联合国教科文组织全球创意城市网络授予的“设计之都”称号，这些城市本身就具有悠久的历史文化底蕴。伴随世界经济的发展，不同城市的产业模式与分工也会遭遇冲击乃至重组。在这一背景下，通过设计政策打造新的产业模式、构建新的城市及国家形象显得至关重要。从当下的“设计之都”的评选，可以看到不同城市设计政策制定的社会转型的背景、设计政策的宏观勾画等特点及设计政策对跨媒域合作、传统与现代结合、设计与生活相融合等方面的强调。纵观当下的设计政策，需要在宏观勾画与微观设计的协作、“显性”设计政策与“隐形”设计政策的结合、对内与对外的兼顾等方面做出反思。

Review and Reflection： On the Current Design Policy from the Perspective of "The City of Design"

Abstract Whether it is the"The Word Design Capital" named by the World Design Organization or "The City of Design"awarded by the UNESCO global creative cities network，These cities have a long history and culture.With the development of world economy， the industrial mode and division of labor in different cities will also encounter impact and even reorganization.In this context， it is very important to create a new industrial model， build a new city and national image through the design policy.From the current“The City of Design” selection， we can see the background of social transformation of different urban design policies， and the macro planning of design policies， and the emphasis of design policies on cross media cooperation， the combination of tradition and modernity， and the integration of design and life.Looking at the current design policy， we should also reflect on the cooperation between macro planning and micro design， the combination of "explicit" design policy and "invisible" design policy， and the consideration of internal and external design.
