摘  要：了解国际医学领域中叙事医学的研究现状，可为我国高等医学教育的内涵式发展提供重要的参考依据。文章通过检索Pubmed、万方和知网等国内外数据库，筛选出有价值的研究文献近400余篇。通过系统分析国内外叙事医学的研究现状，为建设具有中国特色的叙事医学课程、提升医学人才人文素养提出可能的思路和建议。

Abstract： Understanding the research status of narrative medicine in the field of international medicine can provide important reference for the development of higher medical education in China. Through searching PubMed， Wanfang Data and CNKI， this paper selects more than 400 valuable research literatures. Through the systematic analysis of the research status of narrative medicine in the international field， this paper puts forward the possible ideas and suggestions for the construction of narrative medicine courses with Chinese characteristics and the promotion of the humanistic quality of medical students.

一、叙事医学教育及其相关概念

（一）叙事医学与叙事能力

行医不仅仅是以科学为基础的专业行为，同时也是表达善良和友爱的社会使命。临床实践中，当患者无法找到讲述自己故事的合适方式时，他们往往会梦见这些故事，也会在躯体上出现相应的症状或体征。由此，“叙事医学”这一概念应运而生。它由美国医生哥伦比亚大学Rita Charon教授首次提出，是指用叙事能力对患者困境进行认知、解释并被触动进而见之于行动的医疗实践过程。叙事能力则是指医生在临床实践中产生的共情、反思和诚信等行为与情感反应。在生命主体医疗理念的指导下，未来医学生不仅仅需要过硬的专业理论知识和实踐技能，同时，也需要具备良好的叙事能力。

叙事医学起源于临床实践，能更好的提高医学教育的实用价值，因此，这一概念在丽塔·卡伦首次提出后，便迅速融入以美国为代表的西方医学教育体系中，并逐渐完善成为具有独立教学内容的新的医学课程——叙事医学课程体系。……
