摘  要：当前社会背景下，由于互联网的特殊性及书院制的管理模式，加之大学生发展阶段的特点，辅导员对学生开展正确且有效的情感教育迫在眉睫。由于互联网背景下现代媒介与传统教育方式的冲突、互联网场域和现实生活空间的冲突、大学生对于情感教育的需求与书院制辅导员情感劳动枯竭的冲突，书院制辅导员开展情感教育面临诸多挑战，需要其运用网络新媒体和线下资源提高大学生情感教育的科学性和有效性，也需要辅导员运用多种资源做好自我调节，创建合理的自我评价体系，更需要从顶层设计关注辅导员的情感劳动。

Abstract： At present， because of the particularity of the internet and the management mode of the college system， combined with the characteristics of college students' development stage， it is urgent for counselors to carry out correct and effective emotional education for students. Due to the conflict between modern media and traditional education under the background of the internet， the conflict between internet field and real life space， the conflict between college students' demand for emotional education and the exhaustion of college counselors' emotional labor， college counselors face many challenges in developing emotional education， It is necessary for them to use network new media and offline resources to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of emotional education for college students， and instructors also need to use a variety of resources to do self-regulation， create a reasonable self-evaluation system. It is more necessary to pay attention to the counselor's emotional labor from the top level design.

《中共中央國务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》（中发〔2004〕16号）精神指出，要深入开展大学生网络思想政治教育，提升大学生网络思想政治教育的针对性、实效性、吸引力和感染力，2020年教育部思想政治工作司工作要点中强调要创新推动网络育人。党的十九届四中全会指出，全面实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，网络空间的治理现代化也显得尤为重要。习近平总书记深刻指出，互联网已经成为我们党长期执政所面临的“最大变量”。网络育人日益成为大学生思想政治教育的重要内容。

历史的变迁，文明的进步以及经济与社会的变革等都影响着人们的行为选择。大学是人生观、世界观和价值观塑造的关键时期，多元复杂的情形，为大学生的情感认知与行为表现带来了巨大的影响。……
