摘  要：文章以“新农科”在校研究生为研究对象，以提高农林人才培养质量为目的，综合应用文献检索、问卷调查和比较分析等方法或技术，重点开展拔尖创新人才选培路径研究，综述拔尖创新人才选培机制实施现状，凝练现阶段培养困境及原因，提出“新农科”创新人才选培的具体举措。研究成果将践行“两山”理论，丰富建设具有中国特色的高等农业教育人才选培机制，精准提升农林人才培养质量，为面向乡村振兴战略和生态文明建设提供人才选培决策依据。

Abstract： To improve the quality of agricultural and forestry cultivation of talents， it comprehensively applies literature retrieval， questionnaire and comparative analysis methods or techniques， focuses on the research of the way of selecting and training top innovative talents， summarizes the current situation of the mechanism of selecting and training top innovative talents，condenses predicament and its cause culture at the present stage，and puts forward some measures to select and cultivate innovative talents of "new agricultural science" for the graduate students. The results will put into practice the "Two Mountains" theory， enrich and build a talent selection and training mechanism for higher agricultural education with Chinese characteristics， and precisely improve the quality of agricultural and forestry personnel training， provide the decision-making of talent selection and training for rural revitalization strategy and ecological civilization construction.

農业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展对我国高等农林教育提出了新要求，“新农科”拔尖创新人才的选拔和培养已成为我国能否成功实现经济社会转型、避免“中等收入陷阱”、实现“两个一百年”目标的控扼之要。在全面提高人才培养质量的基础上，高等农林教育如何创新拔尖创新人才选培路径，因材施教，为有兴趣、有志于“新农科”研究，具有发展潜力的拔尖创新人才提供独特的成长道路，是保障乡村振兴战略下推进“新农科”拔尖创新人才选培的关键。有利于建立多层次、多类型、多样化的中国特色高等农业教育人才选培机制;有利于建设“新农科”，提升一流农科人才入校后的培养质量，完善农科教协同育人体系;有利于增强服务乡村振兴战略和生态文明建设的能力，加快建设创新型国家。……
