摘  要：实习实训创新平台在提高学生综合实践能力与素质、加强专业知识的认知和理解，培养解决复杂工程问题能力，开展创新创业教育等方面具有不可替代的作用，是工程教育与企业生产及社会实践紧密结合的重要体现。针对工科类高校教学理念和当前实习实训创新教育模式存在的不足，探索整合校-企-协会三者间各自优势，彼此建立长效合作利益机制，共同构建教育实习实训创新平台，促进校企协同育人的建设思路和举措。研究结果有助于统筹整合多方资源，构建示范性平台;挖掘企业发展需求，培养专业达标人才;促进多方沟通协调，提升师资队伍建设;优化校企合作方式，促进共建持续发展长远目标的实现。

Abstract： The innovation platform of practical training plays an irreplaceable role in improving students' comprehensive practical ability and quality， strengthening the cognition and understanding of professional knowledge， cultivating the ability to solve complex engineering problems， and carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is an important embodiment of the close combination of engineering education with enterprise production and social practice. In view of the shortcomings of the teaching concept and the innovative education mode of practical training in engineering colleges and universities， this paper explores the construction ideas and measures of promoting the collaborative education between schools and enterprises by integrating the respective advantages of schools， enterprises and associations， establishing a long-term cooperative interest mechanism， and jointly building an innovative platform of practical training in education. The research results are helpful to realize the overall integration of multiple resources， build a demonstration platform， tap the needs of enterprise development， cultivate professional talents， promote the communication and coordination of multiple parties， improve the construction of teaching staff， optimize the mode of school enterprise cooperation， and promote the realization of the long-term goal of building a sustainable development.

2015年國务院办公厅颁布了以推进素质教育为主题，以提高人才培养质量为核心，以创新人才培养机制为重点，以完善条件和政策保障为支撑的深化高等学校创新创业教育改革实施意见[1]。该项改革方案既是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、促进经济提质增效，升级人才培养质量的必然需要，同时也是推进高等教育综合改革、促进高校毕业生更高质量创业就业的纲领性文件。

近年来，相关高校围绕创新创业教育改革，在人才培养机制建立、课程体系完善、教学方法尝试、创新创业实践等方面开展了大量的工作，取得了一系列积极的教学成果与案例。……
