摘  要：文章对中外高校机械类人才培养的教学模式进行了对比研究，进行了机械类人才培养教学模式的教学改革探索。对国际化人才培养中的关键“差异性”元素进行了分析，提出当前高校在教学模式中存在的问题。在此基础上，革新教学方法，提出改进措施。将基于“差异性学习”和“国际见识增广”的国际化人才培养方式纳入各个教学环节。综合利用多元文化元素，培养学生掌握机械专业的国际化知识和国际惯例。旨在形成培养具有国际工程能力的卓越机械类人才的教学模式。

Abstract： In this paper， a comparative study of the teaching mode of cultivating mechanical talents in Chinese and foreign universities was conducted， and the teaching reform of the teaching mode of cultivating mechanical talents was explored. The key "different" items in the training of international talents was analyzed， and some problems existing in the current teaching mode of colleges and universities was puts forward. On this basis， the reform of teaching methods was conducted， and the improvement measures was put forward. The training mode of international talents based on "diversity learning" and "international knowledge expanding" is brought into whole teaching process. Comprehensive use of muti-cultural resource to train students to master the international mechanical professional knowledge and application. The aim of this study is to form the teaching mode of training excellent mechanical talents with international engineering ability.

一、概述

我国是装备制造大国但还不是装备制造强国，我国制造业距离发达国家还有相当的差距。这种“差距”不仅体现在原始创新设计及制造技术上，更重要的是体现在高素质人才培养上。为应对经济全球化挑战，进一步缩小在高等教育方面与国际先进国家的差距，迫切需要培养一大批既能支撑起产业发展同时又具有国际竞争力的机械工程师。国际业务的不断扩展使企业对具有国际化视野的机械工程师的需求越来越迫切。然而，当前机械工程师培养大都沿用传统的专业培养方式进行人才培养，直接导致了具备国际化素质的机械工程师严重不足。因此，重视中外“差异”，培养出具有“国际视野和见识”的国际化卓越机械工程师已经成为教育发展的必然趋势。……
