摘  要：药物分析是药学专业的核心课程，始终贯穿在药物开发到临床使用的各环节。作为一门理论与实践同等重要的学科，药物分析教学强调理论知识的重要性，也注重动手操作能力的提高，旨在为社会输送高质量的应用型药物分析人才。在医药改革背景下，产学研教学模式是培养应用型药物分析人才的有效途径。基于此，文章通过重构理论教学内容，强化实验教学，改革教学方法和考核方式，开展产学研背景下的药物分析理论课程改革实践与研究，从而推动和深化药学专业的教学改革，提高药学人才培养质量。

Abstract： Pharmaceutical analysis is the core course of pharmacy， which runs through every link from drug development to clinical use. As a discipline of equal importance to theory and practice， the teaching of pharmaceutical analysis emphasizes the importance of theoretical knowledge and the improvement of operational ability， aiming at providing highquality applied pharmaceutical analysis talents for the society. Under the background of pharmaceutical reform， the teaching mode of industry-university-research cooperation is an effective way to train application-oriented pharmaceutical analysis talents. Based on this， this paper reconstructs the theoretical teaching content， strengthens the experimental teaching， reforms the teaching method and the examination method， carries out the pharmaceutical analysis theory curriculum reform practice and the research under the industry-university-research background， thus promotes and deepens the pharmaceutical specialty teaching reform， improves the quality of the pharmaceutical personnel training.

一、新时代的发展对药物分析教学提出新的要求

随着社会经济发展和人民对健康水平要求的提高，医药行业作为高技术、高风险、高投入、高回报的健康产业，正展现出勃勃生机。21世纪的中国，正处于从医药大国向医药强国突破的关键时期。2015年7月22日，国家市场监督管理总局发布“关于开展药物临床試验数据自查核查工作的公告（2015年第117号）”，要求已申报生产或进口的待审药品注册申请药物临床试验情况开展自查，确保临床相关证据保存完整，试验数据真实、可靠[1]。2016年3月5日，国家药品监督管理局转发了国务院办公厅发布的《关于开展仿制药质量和疗效一致性评价的意见》，要求对已经批准上市的仿制药，按与原研药品质量和疗效一致的原则，分期分批进行质量一致性评价[2]。……
