【摘    要】现阶段，我国小学教育呈现出崭新的局面，国内的教学工作不断取得优异的成绩，尤其是自从新课程改革标准政策实施以来，小学数学课堂教学发生了很大的变化，如今的小学数学课堂已经呈现出灵活、智慧、轻松、和谐的教学氛围。但是，对现阶段小学数学教学的深入研究发现，我国的小学数学教育依旧存在很多的问题，阻碍了教育事业的发展。因此，在今后的小学数学教学工作中，小学数学教师要在改变传统教育教学模式的同时，有效激发小学生的学习兴趣，从而使小学数学教学中的“有效引导”教学策略得到最大程度的发挥。

【Abstract】At this stage， our countrys elementary education is showing a brand new situation. Domestic teaching work continues to achieve excellent results. Especially since the implementation of the new curriculum reform standards and policies， the primary school mathematics classroom teaching has undergone great changes. Todays primary school mathematics classroom has been Presents a flexible， intelligent， relaxed and harmonious teaching atmosphere. However， an in-depth study of primary school mathematics teaching at the current stage has found that there are still many problems in primary school mathematics education in my country， which hinder the development of education. Therefore， in the future elementary school mathematics teaching work， elementary school mathematics teachers should change the traditional education and teaching mode， and at the same time effectively stimulate the pupils' interest in learning， so as to maximize the "effective guidance" teaching strategy in elementary school mathematics teaching.

数学知识在学生一生的学习生涯中占据着重要的地位，尤其是对小学教育来说，小学数学知识教学工作的开展对于小学生的认知起到了重要的启蒙作用，能够帮助小学生学习其他学科的知识。因此，小学教师在对小学生进行小学数学教学的过程中，一定要运用“有效引导”策略开展教育工作，从而培养小学生学习数学的兴趣，最大限度地提升小学生的学习数学的积极性，帮助学生培养自主学习的意识，发挥其自身的主观能动性来思考小学数学知识，更好地掌握相关必要的知识点，提升数学学习效率以及数学学习成绩。伴随着小学课程改革政策的不断深化，小学数学教师一定要牢牢把握教学目标，改变传统的教育模式，以全新的眼光看待当今的小学生，采取一系列的教学方式引导学生正确看待自身的不足。……
