【摘    要】新课改背景下，培养学生的数学核心素养能够有效提升教师的教学效率以及学生的学习能力。因此，教师要将升级教育思想、结合多元教学方法培养学生核心素养、提升教学有效性作为教学的重要任务与核心目标。但受多方因素影响，在高中数学教学中，许多教师仍忽视学生核心素养的培育，阻碍了学生的长远发展。本文将立足于高中生的实际学习现状，探讨新课改下数学核心素养的培育策略。

On the Cultivation of Mathematics Core Quality under the New Curriculum Reform

【Abstract】Under the background of the new curriculum reform， cultivating students' core literacy in mathematics can effectively improve the teaching efficiency of teachers and the learning ability of students. Therefore， teachers should upgrade their educational thinking， combine multiple teaching methods to cultivate students' core literacy， and improve teaching effectiveness as an important task and core goal of teaching. However， affected by many factors， in high school mathematics teaching， many teachers still ignore the cultivation of students' core literacy， which hinders the long-term development of students. Based on the actual learning status of high school students， this article will discuss the strategies for cultivating the core literacy of mathematics under the new curriculum reform.

一、高中數学核心素养综述

学科核心素养指学生在学习过程中逐渐形成且能够满足其终身学习和社会发展需求的综合能力与素质，同时也是课程教学目标的集中体现。而在高中数学教学领域，核心素养指学生在高中数学学习过程中所拥有的包括知识、技能和素质三大方面的综合实力，具体体现为：数据分析、数学抽象、逻辑推理、数学建模 、数学运算与直观想象这六大核心素养。而数学核心素养中又蕴含着如数形结合、化归与转化、分类与整合等丰富的数学思维，这些数学思维既是学生形成良好核心素养的基础，同时也为教师培养学生核心素养提供了切入点。

二、新课改背景下数学核心素养培养现状

首先受制于繁重的课业及应试压力，部分高中数学教师为保证教学效果，片面地采用了以自我为中心组织教学的应试教育思想。……
