【摘    要】初中班主任管理工作直接影响着学生的学习能动性和课程改革的成效，为了给学生的成长及发展提供更多机遇，确保学生能够实现学有所获，教师应坚持践行以人为本管理理念。这一理念也是初中班级管理工作的重要依据和思想指导，只有真正的结合学生的个性化发展需求，精心安排班级管理工作内容和形式，才能够确保对症下药，从整体上提升班级管理的质量和效率。

【Abstract】The management of junior high school head teachers directly affects students learning initiative and the effectiveness of curriculum reform. In order to provide more opportunities for students growth and development， and to ensure that students can achieve learning results， teachers should persist in practicing the concept of people-oriented management. This concept is also an important basis and ideological guidance for junior high school class management. Only by truly combining the individual development needs of students and carefully arranging the content and form of class management can we ensure that the right medicine is prescribed and the quality and efficiency of class management as a whole can be improved.

一、以人为本理念在初中班级管理工作中的作用

在对初中班级管理工作进行分析和研究时可以发现，有的教师教学经验不足，管理能力较差，对班级管理工作的理解出现偏差。因此所采取的管理模式较生硬，多以制度化的管理为重点。极少有教师能够站在学生的角度了解学生的身心发展特征及要求，最终导致实质的班级管理工作难以为学生的健康成长和发展提供更多的辅助。相比之下，在以人为本教育理念的指导下，班级管理工作有了明显的改善，能够更好地促进学生发展，完善学生性格。班级管理工作以为学生服务为核心目标，促进学生的个性健康发展，真正尊重学生，理解学生，确保学生有所收获。此外，学生既是班级管理的主体，也是客体，以人为本的理念要求学生也能够主动参与进班级管理环节，实现管理者与被管理者之间的融洽相处和共同发展。……
